Women-only company in Paris
Women only. Every member is a woman, verified by ID and a live video.
Paris is made for wandering, but a concert, a museum or a long lunch is often better with company. When SheJoins opens here, you'll be able to find a verified woman to go with you, from the Philharmonie to a slow afternoon in the Jardin du Luxembourg. Every plan will be platonic, and every plan in a public place.
Coming soon to Paris. You can join and get verified now, from anywhere.
Ideas for your first plan
Famous public places in Paris to start with. They're ideas, not partner venues: in the app, every plan uses a public venue from our approved list.
Concerts and events
- Philharmonie de Paris. Orchestras and big names in the striking concert hall at La Villette.
- L'Olympia. The historic music hall on the Boulevard des Capucines.
- Palais Garnier. Opera and ballet in the gilded opera house.
Coffee and meals
- Le Marais. Narrow streets, squares and food from everywhere, perfect for a long lunch.
- Marché des Enfants Rouges. The oldest covered market in Paris, with food stalls made for sharing.
Movies and shopping
- Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. The department store with the stained-glass dome and a rooftop view.
- Le Grand Rex. A grand art deco cinema on the Grands Boulevards.
Walks and city days
- Jardin du Luxembourg. Chairs by the fountains and tree-lined paths in the heart of the Left Bank.
- Canal Saint-Martin. Iron footbridges and a towpath for a slow walk in the 10th.
- Musée d'Orsay. Impressionist masterpieces in a former railway station.
- Montmartre. The hill, Sacré-Cœur and one of the best views over the city.
- Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. Cliffs, a lake and a temple on top, in the north-east of the city.
A good first plan in Paris
A good first plan is short and easy to leave: a walk round the Jardin du Luxembourg, or a coffee on a terrace in the Marais. If it goes well, book a concert or a museum next time; a weekday visit is often calmer than a weekend one. Pick somewhere on a Métro line that suits you both, and agree on an exact meeting point, such as a park gate or a museum entrance.
Safety in Paris
In Paris, 112 works for every emergency; you can also call 17 for the police, 15 for an ambulance (SAMU) and 18 for the fire service. Check your last Métro home before you go out, and share your plan with your trusted contact. When SheJoins opens here, SOS on every booking will alert our safety team and your trusted contact, and show 112 to call.
